We gain most of our contracts through recommendations and repeat custom, which is, in itself, a testament to the standard of our workmanship and reliability. When you ask us to work for you, please be assured it is Mark and June that do the work – we never sub-contract work out to other people.
Our ethos is this: communication between our clients and ourselves is vital for a successful job. Therefore, from the first meeting to completion, we work hard to ensure that both parties keep each other informed of any changes to specification, problems which might arise and general information on how the works are progressing.
In this way any problems are dealt with immediately, should they arise, and there are no surprises at the end of the project.
We always use high quality materials from leading manufacturers e.g. – Dulux, Crown, Farrow & Ball, Fired Earth, Little Greene, Designers Guild, Laura Ashley etc.

We love detail, and are more than happy to aid with maintenance and repair to the fabric of the property. We have a lot of experience working on older/period properties and understand that they often require more time and attention. However, in cases where it it beyond us, we have a list of contacts who work to the same standards as ourselves who we can call upon.
We treat our clients as individuals. We are totally trustworthy and are more than happy to execute our work whilst a customer is on holiday, they can enjoy their holiday in the knowledge that on their return that all work will be completed and the property left clean and fresh.
We work independently and are self-sufficient with needs of refreshment, bringing our own tea making facilities. Just leave us to get on with it.
